2. Refund Policy for Products

If G2G Technologies sells physical products (such as hardware, accessories, or software), the following conditions will apply:

Return Eligibility:

• The product must be in unused and unopened condition.

• The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

• The original packaging, tags, and receipt must be included in the return.

Non-Returnable Products:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Software licenses or digital products that have been activated or downloaded.

• Services rendered and completed (as described in our service policy above).

6. Exclusions
