Delivery & Shipping

1. Service Delivery (Software)

G2G Technologies specializes in digital software solutions. We do not typically ship physical products via courier. The delivery of our services happens as follows:

• Digital Assets: Delivered via secure transfer, GitHub access, or direct server deployment.
• Deployment: Applications are deployed directly to client infrastructure upon final approval.
• Timeline: Delivery schedules are defined in individual Project Agreements.

2. Training & Courses

For students enrolled in our Training or Internship programs:

• Classroom Access: Delivered physically at our Tirunelveli office or virtually for online batches.
• Certificates: Hard copy certificates are issued at our office; soft copies are emailed upon request.
• Materials: Shared digitally via email or secure cloud storage.

3. Physical Shipping

In cases where physical hardware or hard-copy documentation is part of a contract, we utilize standard courier partners. Estimated delivery within Tamil Nadu is 2-4 business days. Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice.

4. Delays & Force Majeure

G2G Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party server outages, failure of client to provide credentials, or natural disasters beyond our control.
