1. Service Delivery (Software)
G2G Technologies specializes in digital software solutions. We do not typically ship physical products via courier. The delivery of our services happens as follows:
- Source Code & Assets: Delivered digitally via secure Zip file transfer, GitHub repository access, or direct server upload.
- Live Deployment: Websites and Applications are deployed directly to the client's hosting server or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) upon final approval.
- Timeline: Delivery timelines vary by project complexity and are clearly stated in the Project Agreement.
2. Training & Courses
For students enrolled in our Industrial Training, Internships, or Inplant Training:
- Classroom Access: Delivery of training occurs physically at our Tirunelveli office or virtually via Google Meet/Zoom (for online batches).
- Certificates: Hard copy certificates are issued directly at our office upon course completion. Soft copies can be emailed upon request.
- Materials: Study materials and source codes are shared via email or Google Drive links.
3. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)
In rare cases where physical hardware (e.g., IoT kits, Security Cameras) or hard-copy documentation is part of the contract:
We utilize standard courier partners (Professional Courier, DTDC, etc.). Shipping costs, if any, will be discussed and added to the final invoice. Estimated delivery time for physical items within Tamil Nadu is 2-4 business days.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
G2G Technologies is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by:
- Failure of the client to provide necessary content, access credentials, or approvals on time.
- Third-party server outages or API failures.
- Natural disasters, internet outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
