Since our business primarily offers services such as digital marketing, IT consulting, software development, and custom solutions, we do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or completed. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refund:
- If the service has not been delivered or initiated.
- If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon terms as outlined in the service contract.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial service request.
2. Refund Policy for Products
If G2G Technologies sells physical products, the following conditions will apply:
Return Eligibility:
- The product must be in unused and unopened condition.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The original packaging, tags, and receipt must be included.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Software licenses or digital products that have been activated/downloaded.
3. Process for Returns and Refunds

- Provide your order number and a reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide specific return instructions.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
