How can I download my Internship Certificate?
Internship and Inplant Training certificates are issued physically at our office upon successful completion of the course. Digital copies can be requested by emailing your details to our training department.
Do you provide source code for client projects?
Yes, for custom development projects, the full source code is handed over to the client once the final payment is cleared, as per the terms of our service agreement.
What is your support timing?
Our general office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST). However, for critical server issues, we provide emergency support 24/7.
I am a student. Can I change my project domain?
Students can request a change in their project domain (e.g., from Java to Python) within the first week of registration. Changes requested after the abstract submission may not be possible.
How do I report a bug in my software?
Please email us a detailed description of the issue along with screenshots or screen recordings to support@g2gtechnologies.com. Our QA team will investigate and respond within 24 hours.
